99xx distorted video (similar to thermal view) error

Hi all,

We have issues with video call feature of 99xx phones, the video is displayed with distortion, pink and green tones rather than the correct view. The display is similar to those in thermal cameras. Any ideas of the reason? Have you ever faced such issue? Looking forward to your responses/suggestions.

Edit : It seems that the distortion occurs in a 'one-way' manner, only one device sends the distorted video but receives the correct form of video.

Log a case with Cisco and have hardware replaced as necessary.
