ad-hoc conference call using telepresence conductor.

Dear Friends,

   I have implemented a telepresence system with CUCM10.5, Telepresence server (version 4.1) and telepresnce conductor (Version XC3.0.3)(both are installed in VM).  I have 4 MX300 codecs. the issue is, i am making an ad-hoc conference call and when i add the third party in the call by using the "merge" key, then the  video call become audio call only. Please help me to solve this issue

Are there any active alarms/warning popups in the top right hand corner?  If so can you post those alarms/warnings.

Hi Jonathan,

  Yesterday i did some changes in the locations configurations and the ad hoc calls started working properly .I added 6 parties in the call and when i add the 7th call, the video became audio . But i found some alarms in the conductor and i am attaching here with this. 

In the sales order we have  a Cisco TelePresence Server Resource License(LIC-300-PMP-1SL ), which i failed to update because of "invalid key error"  getting while installing the license and TAC case is going on. Is this alarm because of this license problem?

Please advise.
