Alarm fan MCU 5320

Hi All.

I have MCU 5320 is warning fan the fan out of spec.

Please support us to resolve this issue for our customer.

Hi @Phong Tran ,

Try power cycle of the MCU and see if the status becomes OK. Otherwise open a TAC case with 

Event and Diagnostic logs from the MCU to check if it requires replacement.

Hi,

In addition to what Rishabh [+5] has said, u can also connect console to MCU and look for Keyword FAN in the captured logs after u power off and ON the MCU.

you should get message as below

HEALTH_MONITOR : Info : fan speed test successful
