The above document is a good explanation on how the IP phone register to a Call Manager.
My question is, if the factory load of IP phone firmware is older than the device defaut load configued in Call Manager, in which step will the IP phone download a new (higher) firmware from TFTP server? Does CCM compares the phone load with it's configured device default load and ask IP phone to do so? Which SCCP command is used?
