Auto connect for TP meetings

I need to configure the TMS in case there are 2 meetings booked in the same room after each other; the second meeting should not start until the first meeting disconnected (manually).

Currently the TMS is closing the first meeting (automatically) and prompt the user to start the second meeting - it would be much better if the system keep the first meeting up and ask to start the second meeting.

How to achieve this??

Hi Manish,

Thanks for your reply!!

I have gone through the TMS release note 14.4.

My issue is not able to extend the meeting from main participant, if it's clashes with another conference.

BR,

Nikhil Jayan

Automatic extension will only work if there are no conflict meetings for the participants. In your case, you need to remove the participants manually from the conflicting meeting.

You might want to look into OBTP as the connect method for the conference, in combination to the automatic extend mode.  It would mean TMS won't automatically connect the scheduled meeting, it would fall on the participants that are scheduled in the conference.

In any case OBTP or Automatic connect, The endpoint if having conflict will not be extended by TMS.
