Hi Everyone

I'm very new to all of this please bare with me. I have been tasked to come up with a backup plan for our Callmanager 4.0. The BARS utility looks like what I need, however I am not able to find it in order to download. Can anyone help?

On your Callmanager server, you can go to Start -> Programs -> Cisco BARS -> BARSAdmin to setup BARS. You can download the latest version of BARS here:

I just realized that I posted this in the wrong forum.. Well I don't have BARS installed on my server, and when I follwed that link I get nothing. Thank you just the same though.

You will need a CCO login to access the link. BARS should be on the CCM disk as well if you

have those. Are you on the Publisher server?
