C20 and SX-20 Wall Mount Kits

Hello!

Please post pictures of CTS-SX20-QS-WMK and CTS-QSC20-WMK.

Are they used for mounting the codecs or for the display screens?

Hi,

Wall mount kits are for mouting the codec to the wall.

I have attached a photo of a sx20 with a wall mount kit ( the little bar in the top of the picture)

If you require a whole mount then I would recommend you to look at the profile series systems.

Just a recap, the wallmounts are there to

1. mount on the wall

2. hide cables going in and out from the codec.

So can I use remote control after I have installed the wall mount kits.

The wall mount kits can only be used with touch pad controller.

Hi Kelivn.

There is a IR sensor on the codec, and there is a IR sensor in the camera.

So you can use the remote by pointing it at the camera ( which is pointing towards you anyway if you are in a call )

Also be aware you can only use the remote if the touchpad is disconnected. as soon as you register the touchpad, the remote will not work
