On one of our C40 units, the camera does the reverse of whatever is done on the touchpad. So if we try to pan the camera left with the left arrow, it moves right and vice versa.
I compared the system configuration with a "normal" system and the settings look the same. Any idea what's up?
xstatus and xconfiguration are attached
Thanks,
Brad

I took your configuration and uploaded it into a C20 here, and the camera movements work fine, going in the direction they should. Did this just start happening, any change with the codec or camera recently, and is this a Cisco touch panel or third-party?
If it's a thrid-party touch panel, are you using the correct commands to control the camera?
Have you tried swapping the camera with a known working camera and see if you get the same results, checking to see if the issue follows the camera or stays with the codec? Also, try swapping the touch panel, if it is a Cisco panel.
You can try to do a software upgrade, it sometimes resolves some issues, or as a last resort you could perform a factory reset. If none of that works, you can contact TAC for assistance and possibly see about an RMA if one is needed, if you can isolate where the issue might be: either the codec, camera, touch panel.
