Hello,
I have a client that has locked themself out of the device for ssh and https. They would like to factory reset the unit but not sure how to accomplish without being able to login. Any assistance is appreciated...thanks

You need to use a serial connection, see page 24 of the troubleshooting guide for "how to":
or, alternaltively, open a TAC case - still need that serial connection though.

What do you mean by "locked themself out"? Have they just forgotten the password, or have they turned the network services for ssh and https off? If it's the latter, they can be turned back on via the menu (assuming the menu isn't password protected as well).
