C40 Registration Failure on CUCM 10.5.2

Hello.

 

I have a C40 endpoint I'm looking to get registered in CUCM. C40 is running version 6.0 and the correct proxy is set. The log files show the following

If you're moving it from one environment to another, it'd be best to do a factory reset on it before adding it.
