C40 Registration Failure on CUCM 10.5.2

Hello.

I have a C40 endpoint I'm looking to get registered in CUCM. C40 is running version 6.0 and the correct proxy is set. The log files show the following

From this, I believe that the it does not have the correct ITL file. This unit was previously setup for use on a different CUCM. Is there a way to clear that file out? Any experts out there that can point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

If you're moving it from one environment to another, it'd be best to do a factory reset on it before adding it.
