Hi,
My Touch panel wouldn't come up.
when connected to power, the white exclamation button lit and nothing happen.
I've tried to reset it by pressing the button for 10 seconds until it lights up but i couldn't get it to work :\
Please help!!!

To do a factory reset you need to press and hold the exclamation mark for 10 seconds until it lights up, (as you did), then press the mute button twice. The touch panel should reboot after a couple of seconds with factory settings.

That was exactly what i was doing (or trying to do) several times..Nothing happened.
The mute button doesn't work\lit :\

Hello Talgirhish,
That issue is not something that you will be able to fix with factory reset. The device is stuck and you will need to replace it.

I had one that had this same problem. The only fix is to have it replaced. If your device is covered by an active service contract, log a call with the TAC. If you don't have a service contract, it's recommended that you do get one, then you can have it replaced, or, you can buy a new touch panel separately.
