C40 to SX80 Presentation displaying in Main Channel

I have a C40 that once it shares its content, the SX80 is receiving both the video and content via the main channel and I am unable to toggle the layout on my SX80.

Cisco TelePresence C40

Version: TC7.3.9.b938c8e

Installed Options: DualDispay, NaturalPresenter, PremiumResolution

The C40 has a single monitor, DefaultPresentationSource is set to 3 and MainVideoSource is set to 2.  MultipointMode is set to MultiWay.

Cisco TelePresence SX80

Version: TC7.3.13.b5d8460

Installed Options: Encryption, PremiumResolution, RemoteMonitoring

The SX80 has dual monitors, Output Connector 1 is set to First and Output Connector 2 is set to Second.

When content is shared from the C40, my SX80's first monitor shows both video and content, while my second screen remains grey.  If I share from the SX80, content shows up on second screen, leaving only video on my first.

Call is being made via SIP at 2048 kbps, P2P / endpoint to endpoint.

do you check "allow  presentation sharing using BFCP" in sip profiles for SX80

Hi Tianjun,

Yes in SIP Profile Details, I do have "Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP" checked.

The SX80 is configured with Dual screens.

If I connect with another endpoint, I am able to get content shared from them to the SX80 and its content goes to the appropriate monitor.
