You can go directly to TC7, you'll need to get a release key for TC7 in order to upgrade though. If the C40 has an active service contract, you can request one through Cisco Licensing Portal > Get Other Licenses > TelePresence Software Release Key. If the C40 doesn't have an active service contract, you can contact TAC and request the release key, reference this security advisory: cisco-sa-20150320-openssl.
Before you do upgrade, make sure you go through all release notes to take note of changes introduced with each software releases.

Hello Patrick,
We made an RMA of the C40, it have this options keys:
*s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys NaturalPresenter: "true"
*s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys MultiSite: "true"
*s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys PremiumResolution: "true"
*s SystemUnit Software OptionKeys DualDisplay: "true"
The new C40 will come with the last TC version i think how can i put this options keys on the new C40?

Don't always count on any replacement hardware to come with the latest software, depends on how long the replacement has been in the RMA warehouse in relation to when the latest software release might have came out.
You can add the release keys either using the web interface or SSH:

Hi Leonardo,
This is done using RMA License Transfer:
refer to page 6
Once the process is completed and received the activation keys form Cisco licensing, proceed to next procedure as Patrick stated.

Ace -
Thanks for catching that, I forgot that important step when I was busy looking up the guides.
The guide you linked to is for the old version of the License Portal, to process an license transfer because of an RMA with the updated portal, view the video linked below.
