Call between immersive and Profile endpoint

Hi,

Currenty we have the following Immersive Endpoints and Infrastructure:

a) CTS 3000 series Immersive endpoints

b) CUCM

c) CTMS

c) CTS Manager

We want to add few Profile series endpoints. Can you please advice can we go with Profile series considering existing infrastrastructure mention above?

is there any limitation?

Do we need to add any Infrastructure device?

Can Profile system can Make Point to Point call to immersive 3000 series or vice versa.

Hi Saad Alam,

yes, you can  add profile series devices and can register them with CUCM for SIP calls.

you will be able to call between profile and CTS devices using CUCM as gatekeeper.

Hi Saad,

A small correction here.

CUCM is not a gatekeeper and you cannot register Profile system to CUCM using H323.

However You can use SIP to register and call between immersive and profile systems.
