You will need to be able to reproduce this and collect diagnostic logs from the expressways (Maintenance >> Diagnostics >> Diagnostic Logging).
When calls disconnect at a fixed amount of time on 15 minute intervals (15-30-45-60) usually points to a firewall dropping tcp connections due to lack of traffic, this block the SIP refresh causing the call to time out, though no way to confirm for sure without logs.

Hi,
due to lack of traffic means , the internet is down or something ....?
Once connected log , What is there need to be verified (How to analyze the log ) ?
The frequency of disconnection is like 1:02 minute and the call disconnected again after passing next 1:02 minutes
Thanks

To analize the call on the logs you will want to look for the SIP invite if on SIP, and then follow that call ID to see where and why it disconnected.
