hello,
i need a help to understands calls issues between a Callmanager and a SIP trunk,
calls seems busy and disconnect after CANCEL followed a Request Terminated.

I need to know if it Is a CUCM issue or a SIP trunk issue.

What are you trunking between?
What's the symptom you get, reorder/busy , disconnected, annunciator or something else?

Greetings,
So when you say you can make a call from a mobile phone and it woks. is this device registed to CUCM. Then my second questions is are those devices in the right CSS becasue from the logs it look like CUCM is terminating the call.
