Dear Experts
we have CIVS-IPC-2621V in our project. we already installed and assigned Static IP address to the device.
Upgraded to latest version of firmware V4.4.2-2 . But still i am not able to view the video.
Downloaded the latest .NET Frameworks & did ActiveX Control enable. but still its not working.
Internet Explorer 8, back end its downloading the "CiscoSD2600camera WEBui Viewer" but still cannot see the video.
Cross (x) mark is coming on the video.
Please Advise.
