Hi,
We understand that the SX20 support up to 2 microphones but we wonder if there is a way to connect 3 using some "Y" adapter or 3rd party hardware?

If you want to use the microphones that come with the SX20, then no, you can't really do that.
If you're happy to use 3rd party microphones, you can feed them in to an external Mic mixer and then in to the SX20.
