Dear All,
I have customer using Profile 42 with C60 with serial number: C1AE13C00001. Now, they want to buy Core Service from Cisco.
I searched this serial in CSCC but not found this device. So I cannot get a list price for Profile 42 with C60.
Please help me this issue!

HI,
I'm able to find the this serial number however due to confidentiality reasons I can not provide you details about the actual status of the contract
There is a "toolkit" on the right side of the CSCC site where you can Open a Case with the Service Support for service related questions. Once they CSCC team will check if the serial number is associated to your company they will be able to provide oyu the service contract details

Hello,
In addition, Cisco.com displays all the partner relevant Cisco Commerce Tools by clicking "How to Buy" and logging in. Under "Orders and Contracts" at the top of the screen is the link to open a support case for the Cisco Commerce Tools access issues and other questions.
