Can't access Web interface after performing an upgrade to TC7.3.5 on Cisco Tandberg C20

Hi everybody,

I'm encountering an issue on CISCO Tandberg C20 that I have upgraded from TC5.4.x to TC7.3.5

The endpoint is working properly, except I can't ping it, I can't access it through Web,Telnet or SSH.

Any tips to resolve this issue, guys.

Sounds like it doesn't have an IP address, or those particular services are disabled for some reason.  If you have physical access to the endpoint, using the remote, check if the services are enabled under Settings > Administrator settings > Advanced configuration > NetworkServices.

Note, telnet is disabled by default on all endpoints, so access through that particular protocol won't work regardless.
