I have a client looking for TMS to send an email after a conference is completed telling them which codecs did and did not connect.
We are using this to test carts that are supposed to be online 24/7 but keep getting unplugged.
We have setup a reoccurring conference that will call the codecs three times a day to check them.

Instead of having a conference three times a day just to check that these endpoints are online and no issues have occurred, not to mention taking up conference resources, you're better off using event notifications. Event notifications can send emails based on events that have occurred on specified systems. Take a look at the "Event Notification Manager" section in the TMS Admin Guide starting on the bottom of pg 131.

I agree
But, These are all endpoints not managed by TMS so I have not way to put them into an event.

Ah, didn't mention they weren't TMS managed. in that case I don't think there is a way. I've tried using the event notification system and have it monitor the conference bridge, and purposely turn off an endpoint that was scheduled, but it didn't generate an email based on a scheduling error when the conference started.
