Solved: Cannot Switch Main source - SX80

Need to switch main source for smoother video playback instead of sending as content. Have multiple SX-80s. Some I am able to switch the main source to the PC or Camera 2 input without issue, others, nothing. I can even see in the preview window for Main Source on the Call control page that the source switches, but it does not actually switch for either the near or far ends. I can send any source via content, just not via Main source. Works and doesnt work for multiple software versions.

There is a bug that prevents you from switching sources using the web interface's Call Control page, see CSCva64137. It's fixed in TC7.3.7 and CE8.2.2, both of which just released today, Oct 5th.

Have you considered changing the quality of the content input to "Motion", which gives the highest possible frame rate at the cost of higher resolution. The default is "Sharpness", which gives the highest resolution at the cost of frame rate.
