CCMUser from Wan or Internet

we have had many requests for access to CCMUser from the internet so our users can turn on and off their call forwarding. I am somewhat hesitant to open any access to the Call Manager from the internet. What is everyone else doing to get around this issue

I would strongly discourage opening direct access to CCM from the internet. We use a VPN client to allow access.
