Hi,
SX10 / SX20 remote is not fully operational on TRC 5 & TRC 6 is there any solution or patch fix for this issue?
Only able to navigate within the screen using the screens, rest of the buttons on the remote is not operational.

Under peripherals:
Hardware version is listed as 102310-1, is this what i should be looking for (is that a touch 8 or touch 10) ?

In addition to the information Justin has provided. You can also look at the TelePresence Touch Data Sheet, there is an image of a Touch 8 and Touch 10 for reference. You can tell the difference just by visually looking at the panel. Touch 8 is black and Touch 10 is white, the number also represents the size of the panel in inches.

¨Hey guys !
Our customer has about 20 SX20 with TRC5 remote control. They intend to update their SX20 from TC to CE software, however TRC5 is not supported on CE version.
Do you know if Cisco replace (RMA) the remote control TRC5 to TRC6 even if this replacement is only to keep customer's telepresence environment updated?
