Chair control on C-Series with Multisite

Hello, I have a customer that is complaining that his C-series cannot do Chair control the same you could do on an MXP. I tried looking in documentation to find out and couldn't find anything. Can somebody confirm if the chair control is still available on C-series product with Multisite license?

Hi Steve,

I believe Chair Control is not supported on C series and is only supported on MXP devices. I would recommend that you check with your Accounts Manager if that feature is available & if not, how to open a feature request so that it is implemented in the future software versions.

I agree...  we need this feature to be added back into the API.  Customers are getting upset that we can't control the MCU anymore after upgrading from MXP to C-Series.

Hi Joe.

You can control your local layout by using the far end camera control, it is not Chair Control - but you can at least change local layout if needed
