Greetings,
I have a Cisco C60 running TC7.3.6 code connected to a NEC display with 3.5mm audio out of the display to a small amp powering 2 ceiling speakers.
I get a buzz or hum on the speakers. I first thought it was the speakers or amp. But the buzz does not stop when I disconnect the 3.5 mm audio from the tv.
It does stop when I disconnect the HDMI between the Codec and the Display.
Any ideas on how to correct this? I tried going out from the Codec to the 3.5mm (Line out to adapter) but that did not pass audio to the speakers.
Thank you.

In the codec webpage, go to system configuration and in the top left side search for BYOD, change the mode to "off" if it is on, does that resolve the issue?
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,
I confirmed I had BYOD set to off. It does not resolve the issue.
Thanks,
Karl
