Cisco ccm 10.5 9951 phones no video

Hi all,

trying to get two cisco 9951 phones to work with video... calling no problem... camera self view working... so camera no problem..

enabled everything op phone profiles..... can make calls but video even not trying to show something...

what can this be?????

By any chance do you have the MTP required option checked on the phones??

Are they enabled for video??

Do you have enough BW in the locations for video calls?

Yes they are enabled in the phone and also in the settings on the ccm.... so Cisco Camera enabled and Video Capabilities enabled... also enough bandwith because it's just local....

system running on vmware and phones and vmware are connected by a switch...

something else i have may forgot to enable????
