Cisco CMS WebRTC

Hello,

my cms1 address: cms1.test.local port 8443 

webrtc address: join.test.local port 443

in my lab

Dns server solves for cms1.test.local and join.test.local are same  ip address which is 192.168.0.22

This is DNS Records:

C:\Users\ailhan>nslookup
Default Server: test.test.local
Address: 192.168.0.205

> cms1.test.local
Server: test.test.local
Address: 192.168.0.205

Name: cms1.test.local
Address: 192.168.0.22

> join.test.local
Server: test.test.local
Address: 192.168.0.205

Name: join.test.local
Addresses: 192.168.0.22
192.168.0.23

i reach cms server from: cms1.test.local:8443

for webrtc: cms1.test.local or join.test.local

but when i try to send invite message to someone cms sends cms1.test.local address. i want to send join.test local.

Hi There,

There are 2 items you should check on:

1. CMS Server Web GUI
   1. Navigate to Configuration > General "Web bridge settings"
   2. Ensure that the "Guest account client URI" field is configured for "https://join.test.local"
   3. Save
2. TMS Server Web GUI
   
   1. Find the CMS server under "System > Navigator"
   2. Select "Settings" and then "Edit Settings"
   3. Ensure that the "Web Bridge" URI value is configured with "https://join.test.local"
   4. Save

Please let us know if this corrects the issue.
