TMS has been upgraded to 15.6.1.
TMSXE is running 5.4. I am attempting to upgrade to TMSXE 5.6. I run the TMSXEsetup (windows installer package). The package does not recognize or ask if I am upgrading. I just get a window asking with following information: Wlecome to The Cisco TMSXE setup
setup allows you remove/change Cisco TMSXE for your server. Does not ask about UPgrading.
I click NEXT and it just asks to CHANGE or REMOVE. does not ask to upgrade.
Any ideas. Thank you

I was able to verify that Net Frame was above 4.6. I opened a TAC case. the issue was OHS. Operator Head Space. When I ran the upgrade the first time apparently it WORKED. I honestly do not know what I missed but it worked. TAC went into system and showed me where the TMSXE had loaded and the date it had loaded. The only weird thing is we could not find an install log. Thank you very much for the help on this. I will watch no only the screen better but also this end of the keyboard

Have you got DotNet 4.6 installed? It's a prerequisite for TMSXE 5.6
