My endpoint show this issue-

Hardware or Operating System Failure

The system encountered an internal problem: Hardware and operating system status. Check references. (category: init-script;description=1: bt- init. service failed to run)how can I solved this problem.

I would start by going to the local device controls via Webex Control Hub and look at the logs available to you and search them by "error" or something other key words.  You can also save the logs and open a TAC case.
