Cisco EX90

Hello,

I got two EX90 some month ago. They are not connected to any platform and should work as internetendpoint dialing into external IP bridges (like Cisco Jabber for Telepresence, Radvision bridge) ...

This worked well without any issues for a time, but since two weeks, both are not working anymore .. I did not get any video/audiostream back from the other side ..

i.e. if I dial my Jabber account, the Jaber ring, I get Audio/Video from the EX90 to the Jabber client on my PC but not in the other direction.

For testing purposes, I switched all firewall things to off.

I don't know if this has anything to do with licences?!

Could it be?
