I have a Cisco IP Communicator (SIP) v 7.0.2 using SIP with Asterisk. It is remotely connecting to an Asterisk PBX server (not on my LAN) with a TFTP server. It get stuck at "Registering" - and gets the configuration files fine.
Any suggestions?

You can take a packet capture from the PC and see what packets are exchanged between CIPC and Asterisk. This will let you know where it fails.
