Hi,
I'm running CUCM 9.5 + MCU 3550. When I try to enable the Share desktop feature from Cisco Jabber, it's displayed for 1 second on the DX80, after that time only video is displayed.between phones. I have 2 working scenario running Cisco Jabber + C40 Codec and Cisco Jabber + Cisco Jabber.
Why Share Desktop feature is not working properly with DX80?

Page 66-67:
"You can enable video desktop sharing only on software phone devices. You cannot enable video desktop sharing on desk phone devices.”
It seems that you can only share when using the CSF device.

Thanks for your response. I'm running Cisco Jabber as a CSF Device.
Is DX80 a deskphone device or a CODEC?
It's strange why is only working for 1 second then share desktop is dropped.

Hi Leo,
The DX80 is classified as an IP phone although the Product specification does say that it contains a codec, camera, display and other components. Yes, seems a bit strange if it actually works for a second and then drops. Maybe Cisco TAC can look into this to find the root cause.

I solved the problem, it was a Cisco Jabber issue. I installed Cisco Jabber 11.X, it worked after that.
