Cisco Meeting Server call drop over WebRTC from LAN

I have problem with CMS combined single server. All work fine (ad-hoc and scheduled meetings, external webrtc access to spaces and outgoing call to external from webrtc) except for WebRTC calls then I connect from LAN.  Login is succesfully but when I push Join to Space then Chrome freeze up in "Connecting" and some time later i see Login screen.

 

External and internal domain name is the same. I tryed to connect over WebRTC from same network with CMS but problem but no success - same problem.

 

how to solve this problem?

Source of problem is Checkpoint firewall between users an CMS subnet. Problem is solved.

Hello,
I think you use CMS TURN, not Expressway TURN.
Check web, api and cli parameters for your TURN.

I use Expressway TURN (not CMS Turn) and connections over WebRTC is succesfully. I can call to space or to other participants. Problem is only when I connect to CMS WebRTC from LAN.

You say that the problem is the CheckPoint firewall.

Can you explain what was exactly the problem and how you resolve it?

I needed to check that CMS is set correctly. I didn't solve a problem with connectivity between problem client and CMS subnets. I only change IPv4 settings of client  to same with CMS server subnet and after with I succesfully connected WebRTC client and established call.
