Hello,
I am facing an issue when trying to login using webRTC to CMS (users already imported)
this issue does not appear using cisco meeting app.
Any help would be appreciated
Note that dns is configured on CMS and running successfully.

are you running a split install? If the CMA is working then XMPP is probably good. I've seen this issue in split installs when the Load Balancer and trunk configs don't match correctly. If this is a combined install then it seems like XMPP would be the culprit

hello Stephen,
It is a single combined server deployment.
what to do with XMPP in this case (note that XMPP is working fine)

hmm, have you looked at the log file from an sftp on the CMS? It might have info as to why the WebRTC login is not working

Do you have _xmpp-client SRV record configured on your DNS server and pointing to your XMPP server
Do you have Web Bridge settings configured in Web Admin under Configuration > General (or via API)
Check that you have everything configured for DNS, XMPP, Web Bridge per the CMS Configuration Guides that matches your deployment type.

If you can log into CMA and XMPP is fine, but WebRTC isn't working, make sure you've configured your Web Bridge to trust your Callbridge's certificate in the CLI.
