Hi,
I am going to design video conferencing solution. End points are MX800 and IX5000. My question is
If only CISCO MEETING SERVER is enough (without CUCM, Conductor and TMS) for video conference calls?
Second option is
CISCO MEETING SERVER with CUCM (without Conductor and TMS)? Is enough for videos conference calls?
Kindly help me out to get right design

The recommended design is CUCM + CMS
Conductor is not used with CMS, it's required for vTP.
TMS, that's up to you, not required unless you want to schedule meetings.

I suggest you review this

And also get in touch with your SE and ask further information on CMS to get up to speed with it.
