Hi, all.
Greetings. I have two Cisco room kit EQ with Quad camera then found difference when setting 'zone' setting.
One has zoon as below.
The other one shows four blue corners.
The issue is ; with those four blue, camera simply doesn't show when in auto framing mode (group and speaker) while manual control can.
So can I have some advices how to remove those four blue?
Thanks.

The help article doesn’t say it but I believe that is the limitation of the camera optics. The biggest clue for me was the two blue corners on the front wall to the sides of the camera. Do they disappear if you change the zone boundary to a longer/narrower rectangle similar to the first image?

assuming two meeting rooms are same in size, check the lighting level in two rooms, I believe the lighting level in the room that has four blue corners is less than the room that has no issue, the speaker tracking depends on the lighting level, width, length, and speaker voice.

I would perform a factory reset and try again. Recently, I deployed almost 40 EQ to a customer, and we didn’t encounter this issue; we always saw the one from the first image. I would also try editing the zone as @Jonathan Schulenberg suggested. Additionally, I’ll check if both devices are running the same code.

Hi, all. Thanks so much for your advices. I see both have same firmware version and also found room lighting isn't cause so will move on doing factory default in suitable time. I will surely posted again how this goes later. Much appreciated!
