Cisco Room Kit Mini - Local Device Controls: Page not found / inaccess

When I want to access the "Local Device Controls" page, I don't get to any page. Page not found.
Are there any special configurations to be made at the network level?

My Room Kit is working well in my business. And online on the Control Hub.

Ensure the web server is enabled under Drvice Configs and that your computer can reach the endpoint directly.

This is the parameter:
AllNetworkServices >HTTP > Mode: HTTPS

I have this setting.

Or is there another configuration?

And my computer can ping the device.

Is there a firewall, ACL, or other network security apparatus in the traffic path? Just because an ICMP Echo packet makes it through does not mean that TCP 443 is allowed.
