Solved: cisco room kit plus ptz4k camera cannot flip

Dear all
I have a cisco room kit plus ptz4k camera with the flip function turned on. The version is RoomOS 10.15.3.0 7, but the lens still cannot be flipped automatically. What else needs to be set.

Changing the "Flip" setting on the codec doesn't take effect immediately. It takes around 60 seconds for the camera to accept the change and reboot.
