Cisco SX20 HDMI Screen Issues

Hello, I was wondering if someone had faced an issue when connecting a SX20 to a TV with HDMI connection, shows like parts of the screen as purple or something, or some bits of it.I just got a screenshot with it.

could you try with another HDMI cable and make sure connections are not losse.

do this TV works fine when there is other input source ?

Hello, we tried another cable, much shorter around 3m, the one used was 15m, with the short one works fine. Thanks a lot for the answer anyways.

Hi Mario,

We have had a lot of issue with running long HDMI cables and running 1080p, even with good quality expensive cables. You could try looking a Blue Jeans HDMI Cables, but there is a cost!!!

We now specify that for cable run over 10m, we use HDMI - Cat 5/6 extenders, and ultimately use Extron product that (so far, touch wood) have not failed.
