When I make a video call to a zoom system via SIP from an SX20, the call consistently drops after 30 minutes. I reconnect the call and it drops again after 30 minutes.

I think you need to provide more details-
Like its stand alone endpoint or registered somewhere? what is the call flow?
are you getting any error or do you collect logs?
Try to focus on which component is disconnecting the call and then try to isolate the issue.
Probably opening a TAC case will help you faster.

Hello,
As Anurag suggests, you should share some more info concerning your infrastructure/call flow. If you have for example Expressway-C and Expressway-E and a Firewall (on any 3 of the designs that Cisco describes) you need to make sure first that:
-You have the correct tct ports allowed between the Servers on your firewall
-Have created the appropriate Traversal Zones on the Exp-C and Exp-E
-Create correct search rules on the Exp-E.
-Check the sip ispection settings and timers on your firewall
Have you collected any logs already?
