Cisco table microphone with 4-pin mini jack or 4 pin Euroblock wire

Need to find the outer diameter for the Cisco table microphone which provides the option of both type of connections - 4 pin Euroblock or 4 pin Mini jack. I need to size the conduit to accommodate 4 of these microphone cables to a AV rack point about 9m away.

Hi. I just happen to have one sitting next to me with the mini jack.
The wire is about 1/8 inch.
The mini jack connector is about 5/16" (just under 3/8") in diameter
If you need to use the extender cable, its connector is about 7/16"
