I have a Cisco TelePresence MX200, is there are function can have a schedule reboot of the system ?

Not really, there isn't a set setting for this, however, you could probably add a macro script to the endpoint (assuming you're running one of the Gen2 MXs that support the latest CE code) that checks the time and reboots if it matches some specific criteria.
Alternately (and especially if you have one of the older endpoints that don't support macros) you could create a script on some other system that connects via telnet/SSH/xAPI to the endpoint(s) and issues a reboot command.
