Hi, i have a SX20 (Software version:TC7.3.6.ea51021).
If I want to make a call with the remote control I see "search", "favorites", "last calls" and "directory", but i can't select directory (also not favorites) like on our other video systems.
I can search for names and it will present me answers from the direcory. I also see the directory in the administration interface.
What can i do?

We updated firmware to TC7.3.7 - now everything is OK with directory

Can you tell us more about your deployment, how the endpoint directory is configured and what are you using for the directory, such as TMS?

When I login as admin in the browser, then the directory works in the menu "call controll". Here I see our two levels: 1. Countries and 2. Personal or room systems and I can call the existing entries.
If I use the remote control, then I can see the menu "Directory", but I can not select it.
