Hi,
I am happy to announce that Cisco TelePresence Management Suite14.3 has been released. It is now available for download from cisco.com.
Please see the software release notes before upgrading.
Most new features in this release are about support for TelePresence Server 3.1 (also released today) and TelePresence Conductor XC 2.2.
Links to updated documentation:
- Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Installation and Upgrade Guide (14.3)
- Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Booking API Programming Reference Guide (14.3)
- Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Administrator Guide (14.3)
Customers using Cisco TMS for scheduling through TelePresence Conductor should note that an updated deployment guide has been postponed, and that the old deployment guide has been republished with added limitations and recommendations.
Customers using Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Analytics Extension (Cisco TMSAE) must upgrade to Cisco TMSAE 1.2.1 when upgrading Cisco TMS to 14.3, please see the Cisco TMSAE 1.2.1 release notes for more information.
Best regards,
Kjetil

Thanks Kjetil - re TMSAE 1.2.1 - would appreciate if you could clarify if ok to upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.1 without uninstalling 1.2 first, as this is not mentioned anywhere in the docs as far as I can tell?

Hi Jens,
Upgrading from 1.2 to 1.2.1 does not require uninstalling the old version. Just run the installer – next, next, next – and you are done.
Regards,
Kjetil

Great to see the "Improved Room Switching" functionality in TP server 3.1 - this was a big issue with users who were used to CTMS.
