Hello,

I have a problem to start the TMS webinterface, I got every time the message "HTTP Error 503"! I really don't know what I can do to fix it!!

If someone had the same issue and found a solution please help me, I'll be very pleased!!

What is the version of your TMS?

What browser are you using to access the TMS web interface? Have you tried other browsers?

How do you access the TMS? -----> http://<TMS_IP_Address>/tms or https://<TMS_IP_Address>/tms

Can you ping the IP address of the TMS from your PC?

Can you telnet the IP address of the TMS using port 80 or 443?

Example: IP address of TMS is 192.168.1.100

telnet 192.168.1.100 80

or

telnet 192.168.1.100 443

Accessing the TMS web interface type this on your browser:

http://192.168.1.100/tms

or

https://192.168.1.100/tms

If above procedures didn't resolve your problem, try to restart the TMS services on your Windows Server.

How do you access the TMS? vSphere Client "VM" and remote via "https://<IP>/tms"

Can you telnet the IP address of the TMS using port 80 or 443? Access to server is possible but not via port 80/443

--> I already tried to restart the TMS services, without success!

Try the troubleshooting procedures from this guide under page 311.

Thx!

I give you later a feedback!
