Cisco TMS: Polycom HDX 8000 support

Hi,

I have added 4 of my Polycom HDX 8000 Series to a TMS.

The Trial TMS version being used is 13.2.2

The Polycom HDX is running 3.1.3

I wanted to understand in detail as an end user of TMS, what are the functionalities in HDX that I can expect to manage using TMS.

What I could find was,

1. Booking a conference (I believe, TMS auto dials to the added Systems when the Conference time occurs).

2. System upgrade of the HDX using the HDX .pup installer file loaded onto - C:\Program Files (x86)\TANDBERG\TMS\wwwTMS\Public\data\SOFTWARE\

3. Provisioning of the HDX systems using created Provisioning Templates in TMS.
    Does this require TMSPE to be installed? TMSPE installation fails even with valid SQL Server details.
    See attached. How to achieve Provisioning on HDX using TMS or TMSPE?

4. Fetching HDX Video, Call Detail Records.

5. HDX fetches the Phonebook when HDX has the TMS IP Address set as it's Global Directory Server.

Are all the above features supported? What else is supported between Polycom HDX Series and Cisco TMS.

1. If you add the HDX into TMS as a managed system, then yes this is possible.
2. Not possible to update HDX or any third party endpoint using TMS that I know of, must be done manually via the endpoints web interface.
3. Not possible to use with TMSPE, as third party endpoints aren't supported.
4. Yes, this is possible.
5. Yes, this is possible.
