Cisco Touch Losing connection after Software Upgrade

Hi everybody,

we have now upgraded several videoendpoints via CUCM from Version10.11.5.2 to 10.19.5.6.

99% are fine after the upgrade. But two endpoint "Cisco Webex Romkit 55 Dual" have lost there directly connected Touch device.
It seems to try the update all the time.

The log from the endpoint shows the following, see attached logs.

Does anybody has an idea?

Hi together,

yesterday we were able to solve the problem. Only a factory reset of the main unit has solved it.
We has done a cross change with an unit who does not have this issue. There the touch Panels was working without any issue.

A factory reset of the touch 10 was also not able to solve it. From the Logs of the main unit everything seems to be fine, but the connection was not established.

The good old factory reset, ……!

Thanks for your response.

Jens

If the software upgrade to the touch 10 is failing, I'd try a difference software version just to see if it will upgrade. Also a factory reset of the touch 10 might be worth a try - you'll need a paperclip.

To further isolate the issue, I propose connecting the Touch 10 to a different video endpoint and attempting the software upgrade again. This will help determine if the problem is specific to the Touch 10 itself or the current video endpoint configuration.

If the issue persists after trying a different video endpoint, performing a factory reset on the Touch 10 might be necessary.
