We just deployed the video solution through the Expressway and VCS and want to keep the call logs backup.
May I know which method can keep the call logs backup on VCS/Expressway within 3 months?

It will all depend on what sort of information you wish to keep, and whether you want everything, or only that which traverses your expressway.
Depending on how many endpoints and other equipment you have in your environment, it may be worth considering the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite software which you can not only collect call detail records, but perform other system management functions, alerts, scheduling, etc.

May I know how the TMS to keep the call logs? Retrieve the call logs from endpoints / VCS?

For in depth detail, please see the Cisco TelePresence Management Suite Administrator Guide (Page 218 would be a good start for the Call Detail Records section) and how they are captured for different TelePresence components.

One option is to use remote syslog server, and send the CDR data there, refer to the VCS X8.7 Serviceability Guide for more information.
