Hello Experts,

I have a VCSC with C7.0 Version,one of our clients admin User ID and Password for VCS Server has been lost. How can we reconfigure.?

Like in CUCM is there any option to change the password from CLI?

Hi bobby

Yes, you can reset password with serial connection.

Please read "ressetting user account passwords" section in admin manual
